Marketing Analytics Manager, ACT Theatre

  • Maintained and improved the ticketing, donation, and patron relationship tracking functionality of Tessitura at ACT Theatre
  • Created reports for executive staff and board members on the marketing and sales trajectories of the company
  • Used SQL to interact directly with the database for the software
  • Developed pricing and sales strategies for the mainstage productions
  • Worked closely with the Box Office and Front of House teams to streamline customer service interactions
  • Installed ticket scanning technology to provide real-time updates on house counts and VIP attendance
